Here are just a few of the leasing services that we provide our property owners.
Advertise the property:
We provide a variety of avenues of advertising in order to properly market your property. Each property will have yard signs, newspaper advertsing,online listings and excellent word of mouth from current tenants.
Showing the property:
Not only will there be links on our website for each property, but each property will have pictures accompanying the property information. Here at Lanmark we realize that when actually viewing the property the tenant can get a fill for its cozy potential. This is why we have leasing agents readily available to show each property.
Screening the prospective tenant:
Each adult will fill out a rental application with a $25 fee. We then will pull a credit report, call employers and references. Based on owner preferences with the result of the screening process, we provide options such as approving the application, charging a higher rent rate, require a larger deposit or just turn down the applicant.
Preparing the lease:
We will have the lease ready for the approved tenant applications
Collection of rent, fees, and deposits
We will collect rents and any fees in a timely manner. All deposits will be collected at the lease signing. Deposit refunds will also be processed within 30 days of the end of their lease.
